UIC Interdisciplinary Undergraduate Research Journal:
A publication of the UIC Honors College, the Office of Undergraduate Research, the University Library, and the Graduate College. The journal is open to all undergraduate student writers and undergraduate and graduate student editors, and graduate student, post-doctoral fellow and faculty reviewers.
Our Mission:
IURJ is an annual publication of the University of Illinois at Chicago Honors College and Library that publishes the diversity and creativity of scholarly research of undergraduate students primarily at the University of Illinois at Chicago, but also around the world, with an emphasis on research that cuts across multiple disciplines student research projects. IURJ accepts submissions from all undergraduate students who conducted research in any field at any university with correspondence with or guidance from a faculty mentor. IURJ provides students with an insight into the publication process in a scholarly journal from the manuscript to the final journal. This student-led journal is committed to fostering the spread of knowledge through and open-access forum and facilitating public discourse.
